Qatar Project Management has been awarded a PMCM contract for Lusail High Rise project .
"The project is located in Lusail city, Qatar. The site lies on the coast at the eastern end of the Boulevard District and is bounded north and south by both the Waterfront and Fox Hills Districts.
The project comprise of four plots with total area of 112,275m2 ; each plot containing a tower, podium building and basement. Two of the towers shall be 70 floors in height and the remaining two shall be 50 floors.
Lusail Towers are an amalgamation of structural innovation, workplace efficiency, an adaptation to the latest office planning trends, and environmental responsiveness.
The four iconic towers provide a focus for the District. They are positioned in order to avoid overlooking and to take full advantage of the coastal aspect.
The bases of the towers are surrounded by a series of low level podium buildings that create a series of interconnected public spaces where a wide range of activities can take place. The total GFA for the project including towers, podium buildings and basements is 567,427m2"
