  RECRUITMENT RELATED FAQs

 

QPM will go through your application in detail and look to see if we can put you forward for an internal technical review. If you are being highlighted for the first stage, a QPM Recruitment professional will reach out to you by email to continue the recruitment cycle.

 

 

QPM is proud to say that we do go through applications directly and we do not run an automated system. We know very well that a CV is an important document so simply applying an automated filter to it would not do any justice to the candidate as it could reject a profile for the wrong reason.

 

 

QPM receives a very high volume of profiles daily and these are human reviewed. This can mean that a timescale can be longer than you might expect. Due to the high volume of applications, we ask all candidates to understand that we can only allocate time to replying to profiles that fully match the client’s needs.

 

 

The process of hiring staff in Qatar means that a number of documents are needed for multiple reasons, some of them are part of the QPM due diligence process, others are documents that we verify at an early stage as we know that a successful hiring means you will need to present these at the final stage in order to secure a work visa. This is a normal process and nothing to worry about.

 

 

QPM takes the matter of data collection and security very seriously and we would like to reassure you that we do not use your data elsewhere and we only capture the information to assist people that are looking to secure a new role with QPM. This will depend on a number of factors. The main one being how quickly you are able to provide QPM with the required documents to allow us to secure your work visas. We recommend that you speak with your allocated recruiter for more specific timelines once you are in this position.

 

 

QPM fully understands that people have many things occurring in their life that could cause a person to not complete a hiring cycle. We do not hold this against any candidate, we simply ask that that the Recruiter is updated of any new situations as they occur so that we can manage client interactions correctly. We would still welcome future applications from you.

 

 

Great news, we are always happy to add new people to the QPM family. Once you have completed a final offer with QPM, all that remains is for you to keep in communication with our Recruitment and Onboarding staff so that we can arrange your mobilization, business induction and then present you to your project team to begin your new career with QPM.

 

 

 

  Technical FAQs

 

You can apply at QPM Careers, First by registering as an applicant. After this, you complete the Applicant Registration. Once you have done this process, you will be able to browse through a list of open opportunities to find a job that suits your skill set and then you simply click on the Apply button.

 

 

First, delete cookies in your browser, then restart your browser and try again. Using an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox may also resolve the issue.

 

 

QPM’s website can be easily accessed with all functionality regardless of which browser you use. Our advice would be to ensure that you utilize the latest version of your preferred browser.

 

 

You are seeing this error message as you may have previously created a careers account with us. If you remember the details, please try to use them to log in, however if you do not remember the password, you can reset this.

 

 

Click on "Forgot password?" on the log in page. Enter the e-mail address used to register and click on "Get Password". You will receive an e-mail with your username and a new password. We recommend that you copy and paste the new password to avoid making any mistakes. Please wait five minutes for the email to arrive, and check your junk mail folder before resubmitting your request.

 

 

You can retrieve it by accessing the forgot password link and the system will send you the username.

 

 

When uploading files (CV, Photo, covering letter etc.) please ensure that you use the following file formats for Photo: JPEG, for CV: PDF, Docx & Doc. When uploading documents, each file must be no larger than 1MB in size.

 

 

If the previous advice regarding file formats is not solving this issue, please take a screenshot of the error message you are seeing and send this along to info@qpm.com.qa and we shall look to resolve your issue at the soonest.

 

 

Once you have logged into your careers account, you are able to amend any of the previous details (except the email ID). You can delete an older CV and replace it with a new version. Beyond this, you can update your profile if you have more work experiences or training certifications to add that will strengthen your profile.

 

 

This error could be showing due to our website receiving maintenance work. In this situation, simply wait for some time before trying again. If the issue persists, please take a screenshot and email to info@qpm.com.qa
