Job Purpose

• Processing and administering the Building Completion Certificate applications documentation via automated building permit system in different stages. including
Coordination with internal & external entities involved in building completion certification process.
• Ensure error free documentation and support the activities and the productivity of the section.


Principal Responsibilities

• Processing building completion certificate applications in different stages via automated building permit system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate the relevant information and inquires.
• Coordinate and FollOw Up E-services Enabling Wor1l.s and Inhouse Clearance Application.
• Confirming the building completion application information provided by the applicants.
• Verifying Accuracy of the Completion Certificate Details with internal departments.
• Fixing BCC Format Errors if any.
• Prepare and uPdate the building completion progress reports.
• Prepare and uPdate Inhouse Clearance Applications Report
• Prepare and Update Enabling Works Report
• Liaise with other necessary authorities to facilitate the approval process.
• Filing and archiving the relevant documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Follow-up building completion applications in different review stages.
• Preparation of Charts and Dashboards.
• Preparation of PowerPoint Presentations and illustrations


Administrative Support
• Write and edit minutes, draft andl or type complex reports and
correspondences while ensuring consistency and standardization of formats.
• Following up on pending mailers with only timited guidance.
• Answer telephone calls and provide relevant information to callers, screen and route calls 10 appropriate individual.
• Place outgoing calls as advised
• Research and resolve any administrative issues in department.
• Greet and escort visitors to meeting rooms: assist where necessary with any queries they may have.


Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
3+ years of relevant experience
4 years of experience in relevanl field
Skilled in MME building permit auto system or other relevant soltware, good knowledge of MS Office
Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English
