Mr. Salih Al Sharafi
Mr. Saleh Abdulla Al-Sharafi, a member of QPM Board of Directors, holds more than 28 years of successful diversified experience in spearheading corporate organizations of different fields including real estate and property operations, facilities management and maintenance services, environmental engineering and ecological safety, and establishing and leading private businesses across various sectors in the local market.
His professional strengths include leadership acumen, strategic financial and operational management, business growth and development planning, quality, health, safety and environmental management, performance improvement, teamwork building, business negotiation and budget and cost control. He possessed excellent communication abilities, is versatile in multi-tasking, adept in analytical thinking, and experienced in providing strategic direction to Property Management Teams to drive best solutions for multifaceted projects.
Mr. Saleh is currently the Director of Portfolio Management of Waseef Asset Management and was previously the Director of Business Support and Acting Director of Operations of the same Company. Previously, he also worked with Waseef as Advisor to the CEO, as Head of Barwa Al Baraha Project, and as Director of Property Management. Prior to Waseef, he worked as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Barwa Facility Management Company. Erstwhile, he worked with the Ministry of Municipality Affairs and Agriculture for about 17 years, holding the positions of Director of Department and several other senior managerial positions related to quality, safety and environmental engineering.
Mr. Saleh acquired his Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Florida, USA and attained his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Qatar. He is a fellow member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Water Science & Technology Association till date.
