· Support in identifying opportunities for improvements in Agreement terms to enhance post-award relationships with Retailers.
· Support in managing relationships with Clients and external agencies
· Assist in day to day post contract financial administration and other matters.
· Assist in the development of formal correspondence to be sent to the Retailers
· Ensure ongoing maintenance of any databases of Retailer information as required by Qatar Rail.
· Attends internal and external meetings as related to Retail.
· Assist Business Development in follow ups and maintenance of insurance database
· Assist Business Development Team in Biweekly, Monthly and Annual Reports.
· Assists in the printing and binding of deliverables related to the ongoing management of Retailers
· Administer the couriering of reports, papers, Retail letters and other items to and from offices
· Maintains proper organization and storage of documents and information
· Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
· Coordinates project data in Electronic Document Management environment, including internet-based document management system.
· Assist Business Development team in other day to day business management matters.
