POSITION: Marketing Expert


Summary Description

Developing marketing campaigns for Sales & Customer Services department, with the goal of supporting and increasing Doha Metro & Lusail Tram fare box revenues generation

Main Responsibilities (This is not the complete list)

• Works with Senior Sales & Distribution Manager in order to identify opportunities for communication and promotional activities

 • Analyze customer segmentation, identify opportunities, and define appropriate promotional plans for each specific segment

 • Work with sales team in order to identify requirements for promotional campaigns, B2B and B2C

 • Support the customer communication strategy through all available channels

 • Liaise with PR&C department for the implementation of BTL promotional activities, including sales events and production of sales collaterals

 • Monitor the compliance of any BTL / B2C marketing activity with the approved budget

 • Play an integral part in generating new sales leads through outbound activities

 • Drive and support the development and implementation of the customer social media strategy

Education & Experience

·         BA in Marketing

·         Fluent English and Arabic - written and verbal is a required

·         Capability to work with Apple Mac computers and software

·         Graphic design skills are highly desirable

·         Proven experience in marketing with a minimum of 5 years in this position, including managing relationship with marketing & communication agencies.

·         Knowledge of Qatari market trends, media industry and social media trends and strategies

·         Previous copyrighting experience would be highly desirable
